Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their orders before 5 hours of their desired delivery time by contacting us at barkbakery2024@gmail.com. Orders cancelled within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund.
Full Refund
Customers who cancel their orders before 5 hours of the desired delivery time will receive a full refund within 24 hours of cancellation.
Quality Issues
In the rare case of receiving products with quality issues, customers are eligible for a refund after providing detailed information and possibly returning the product.
We will conduct an investigation to verify the claim.
No Refund
In no other circumstances, except for quality issues as mentioned above, customers will be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be provided for orders cancelled after the 5-hour window.
Custom Orders
Please note that custom orders may not be eligible for refunds due to their personalized nature.
